Performers 
Stunt Double
A stunt double is a trained professional who stands in for an actor in order to do a dangerous performance and physically demanding stunt. Its an specific skill replacement used for dangerous film or video sequences ,movies and television such as jumping out a building or jumping from vehicle to vehicle and especially fight scenes.Stunt doubles work with actors and stunt coordinators; they give the stunt double instructions on what to do and how to do them to their preferred standard to make their film/ TV work.
For you to become a Stunt Double ,you need to have ability in several sports and outdoor pursuits and also you need to have good communication with 'people' skills.You need to be willing to work in dangerous situation and have a quick reactions and calmness under pressure and you have a high degree of responsibility and health and safety awareness. You need to pay attention to details and have some acting skills .Health and safety is very important as the work can be dangerous. You’d need to carry out a full risk assessment and complete detailed paperwork before you performed each stunt.
Stunt double often attend stunt school. Stunt schools often last around a month and can be quite costly. Precision driving skills, wire work, martial arts, high falls, rappels, stair falls, foot falls, harness work, weaponry, and unarmed combat are a few of the things you’ll learn at a school like the International Stunt School.
TV presenter
TV presenter host television programmes and work on huge range of subjects from history,news and entertainment.Their job is to introduce and keep programming flowing,interview their subject and make sure everything sticks to schedule and the audience know what's going on at any time given.

To gain experience there's broadcasters like the BBCITV and Channel 4 that offers work experience placements, insight and talent days which can give you a better understanding of the industry.Going drama school is another way to gain more experience, acting lessons and short courses in presenting can be helpful and a great experience for learning some of the skills you’ll need.You could start working in TV in another role like runner to gain experience and build up your network of contacts. Some broadcasters hold competitions to find new presenters.If your serious about career as a television presenter,you need to have a showreel which is a short film that shows your on screen presenting skills.

Production roles 
Lighting operator 
Lighting operator employ high-level skills to prepare,rig,operate and maintain stage lighting and electrical effects.Lighting operator work close with lighting designers,sound technicians,the director and stage manager to combine their skills and help create the live theatre experience. To become a lighting operator,you need practical and numeracy skills and able to communicate and have people skills.You have to have creativity and problem-solving skills and also ability to follow technical and design instructions, you usually specialise in film,TV ,theatre,concerts and live events, you will work in range from basic spotlighting to operate strobes,lasers and pyrotechnics.You may be the only lighting technician on a theatre production, or you could be part of a large crew on a concert tour or feature film.
Most training takes place on the job. Lighting technicians are expected to undertake additional training throughout their careers to keep their knowledge up to date.

  • taking cues from the stage manager in theatre or the floor manager in TV

Stage manager
Stage manager provides practical and organizational support to the director,actors,designers,stage crew and technicians throughout the production process. They also are the director's representative during performance and making sure that the production run smoothly.
Stage manager is important to director in rehearsals and coordinating the work of the stage crew and also calling cues for actors entrances during performance.
you will need to have:

  • a sense of humour and the ability to stay calm in a crisis
  • people skills: persuasiveness, patience, tact and the ability to deal with 'artistic temperaments'
  • computer skills and awareness of current technologies
  • the ability to work under pressure, especially in the run-up to a performance

  • confidence, decision-making ability and negotiation skills
  • stamina, to cope with long hours during technical and dress rehearsals, and for touring.
Geographical mobility will help your career development. In order to acquire the best skills and build up substantial experience, it is usually necessary to work with a number of different companies or travel with a touring company to a number of different performance venues.With experience and further training, some stage managers go on to become theatre directors. You may be able to use the skills and experience gained in the theatre to work in production jobs in television or film, where you could potentially enter roles such as a trainee floor manager.
Arts Adminisration  
Marketing Director 
The Marketing Director holds ultimate responsibility for the organisations marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business and also overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • You need to develop and implement the Brand strategy.
  • You need to develop the marketing strategy for new and existing products
  • You will work closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
  • Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
  • Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
The key skills marketing firms are looking for are:
  • Interpersonal communication. Can you talk to people within all levels of an organisation and use multiple media to do so?
  • Good writing ability. Ask yourself whether you understand the difference between effect and affect or if you know how to punctuate properly.
  • Analytical knowledge. This means being able to interpret written, visual and verbal communications. It will also often involve the ability to number crunch.
  • Creativity and expression
  • Influencing and negotiation skills. Not everyone feels comfortable with the art of persuasion, but if you do offer examples of how you have negotiated in the past such as haggling successfully.
  • Team playing. Marketing may be a creative industry but that does not mean you can go it alone. Therefore you will need to demonstrate your ability to knuckle down with colleagues.
  • Computer skills. You don't need to be an IT professional to make it in marketing but a good working knowledge of word processors, spreadsheets and other commonly used apps is essential.
Producer 
Producers play an integral role in the television, film and video industries. In this role you will oversee each project from conception to completion and may also be involved in the marketing and distribution process. You'll work closely with directors and other production staff on a shoot.

With experience, you could become an executive producer, or set up your own production company.
